Marie Stella Fedele

Marie Stella Fedele, 94, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2017 surrounded by family and friends. Born in Brooklyn, NY she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Amelia (Perry) Laurito. Still watching cooking shows and old movies, Stella's Passion for food and family reflected her giving and caring nature to all she touched. She graduated high school and married Cosmo J. Fedele in 1946 following Cosmo's military service during WW II. Stella was employed by the Red Star Express Lines for 13 years.
She is survived by her son Cosmo T. Fedele and Daughter Grace Maurillo. Her grandchildren include Matthew and Rebecca Fedele, Joy Fedele Forsyth and Megan Maurillo. She was predeceased by her husband Cosmo J. Fedele in 2007 and her son, Richard Fedele in 2014.
It was Stella's wishes to not have calling hours or funeral services and the omission of flowers is requested. Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Finger Lakes in her memory.
