Jean Spalding Obituary
Jean Spalding, 80, of 23 North Park, Auburn, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2016 during a brief stay at Auburn Nursing Home.
Born in Auburn, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Cam (Pisano) D'Agostino and was a graduate of Auburn Central High School.
She was a retired teacher's aide at St. Mary's School and a communicant of St. Mary's Church .
Jean enjoyed spending time with her family and her dog,"Mikey".
Surviving are her two children, Michelle (Bob) Field and Richard (Shannon) Spalding; a sister Ann D'Agostino; five grandchildren who she cherished, Jessica and Isabella Field and Ryan, Sean and Molly Spalding and by several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert "Rebel" Spalding in 2015.
Visitation will be Monday, October 10 from 4-6pm at Langham Funeral Home, LLC, 75 E. Genesee St., Auburn followed by a funeral prayer service at 6pm.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jean's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, The American Cancer Society or to the local SPCA.
