Irma Tringali Obituary
Irma Anna Oropallo Tringali, 97, formerly of Highland St., Auburn , passed away at Loretto Nursing Home in Syracuse on June 20, 2015 surrounded by her family.
Born June
13, 1918 in San Salvatore, Italy to Anthony and Rose Oropallo, she was one of eight children.
Irma immigrated to the US with her family in 1932.
Her generous spirt, wonderful family dinners, beautiful gardens and love of family will live on in the hearts of all who were privileged to share her life.
She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Joseph Tringali, her grandson, Jeffrey Tringali and her brothers and sisters.
Survived by her three sons, Joseph Tringali of Syracuse, NY, Robert (Carol Charette) Tringali of Cicero, NY, and Ronald (Carol) Tringali of Hummelstown, PA., Four grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Irma
is also survived by so many loving and kind
nieces, nephews and neighbors.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from
9:30 am to 10:30 am Thursday, June 25 at Langham Funeral Home,LLC
75 E. Genesee Street, Auburn, NY followed by a
Mass of Christian Burial 11:00am at
St. Alphonsus Church, 85 E. Genesee Street, Auburn, NY.
Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
