Glen Hopper Obituary

Glen W. Hopper, 73, of 2559 Sloan Rd., Auburn,
passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at his home with his family by his side.
Born in Cortland, NY, he was the son of the late Vernell and Beatrice (Moore) Hopper.
Glen was a retired machinist who was employed with Alco and was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Barbara (Begnouche) Hopper; five children, Tina Hopper, Tracy (Rick) Franklin, Tammy (Roger) Marshall, Doreen Gourlay and Wayne Pierce; a brother, George (Sharon) Hopper; nine grandchildren, Rick and Andrew Franklin, Corey Schenck, Brandon Wilson, Robert Marshall, Rachael Caffery, Samantha and Darrell Knapp, Morgan Pierce and by several nieces and nephews. Glen was predeceased by his daughter Joanne Scott and by a brother Marvin Hopper.
Calling hours will be Friday, December 16 from 11am-1pm at Langham Funeral Home, LLC followed by a service at 1pm.
Burial will be in Soule Cemetery. Those wishing may make contributions to the Hospice of the Finger Lakes or to The American Heart Association in memory of Glen.
