Alice Sharp Obituary
T Alice K. Sharp, 97, passed away Friday, December 12, 2014 at The Faatz-Crofut Home for the Elderly in Auburn.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Esther Seals Kirkwood.
Alice worked for many years at East High School in the kitchen and later was employed for many years in the Skaneateles area as a house keeper. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be dearly missed by her family.
She is survived by her five children, Faith Colebrook of Liverpool, Craig Sharp and his wife Mary Lou of Owasco, Neil and Roger Sharp, both of Auburn and Cary Sharp and his wife Deana of Michigan, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Clarence Sharp and by her son Alan Sharp.
There are no calling hours.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 10:00AM at St. Lukes United Church of Christ, 25 Seminary St., Auburn.
A private family burial will be held at the convenience of the family in the Spring.
